Arun Dutta

Arun studies transcription factor biology in the context of cell differentiation. He uses a combination of experimental and computational approaches to examine how transcription factors cooperate and antagonize one another to affect chromatin accessibility and gene expression. Outside the lab he enjoys running, watching basketball, and playing trumpet.
